Not long ago, this feature was released as a test for premium users only. But you don’t need to buy a premium account anymore.
This feature is available for all users from today. You, dear user, can benefit from this feature by updating to the latest version of Telegram.
Be sure to update from Google Play and App Store.
Telegram has copied this option from Instagram. Telegram had announced that Instagram has copied the GIF feature from us, and that’s why we copy the story from them!
By adding this feature to Telegram, you can publish your stories on Telegram in addition to Instagram.
Teaching stories in Telegram
To do this, first update your Telegram to the latest version from the official app stores. After updating, enter your Telegram. Stories are located at the top of the Telegram home page.
On the main chat screen, scroll down until the camera icon appears as a circle with a + sign next to it.
Other people’s stories can also be seen in this place.
At the top of your main chat screen, touch the round camera icon under My story to start. Here you can make a photo or video story like Instagram. Touch the screen to add a message to your story. You can change the shape and appearance of your story with the tools at the bottom of the screen.
Now you can publish your story by selecting the sharing option at the bottom right.
You can manage your stories completely. Edit or delete them. You can adjust the duration of the show from the story setting option.

Limitations
Limitations of the normal free Telegram account in relation to the story:
For example, you can publish a story only 3 times a day.
You cannot view hidden stories without a paid Telegram account!
Among other restrictions, it can be mentioned not to save the story in the gallery, not allowing to enter more captions, and not allowing to put a link in the story.
You can remove all these restrictions.
